I was introduced to John Maxwell’s leadership philosophies while earning my Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication at California State University, Fullerton. I continued to be mentored through his books during my time at Biola University, where I earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership.
For more than 25 years at a Fortune 500 company, I have seen firsthand how everything rises, and falls, with leadership. My passion for enabling individuals to reach their full potential only grew with opportunities to coach, train and implement effective communication practices with teams around the world.
As John teaches, leadership is not about position, it’s about influence. In a constantly shifting landscape, the ability to grow and inspire people is necessary to stay agile and competitive in today’s global marketplace.
